As part of your complimentary consultation, we visit your home to discuss your project needs, wish list, budget, and timeline. Then, we survey your space, take measurements, and before photos.
Using the information collected, we can evaluate various possible design and remodeling solutions through a Range of Cost, which serves as a tool to define scope and estimates labor, material, and product costs.
Once we receive commitment to a project, we analyze what inspires you and your lifestyle to create mood boards that reflect both style and function.
We will talk through several floor plans and discuss how you intend to use the space. We then help you weigh the benefits of each option and combine elements to create the perfect design for your lifestyle.
After finalizing the plans, we guide you through various selections and educate you on their durability, functionality, and sustainability. To merge the gap between the conceptual and the as-built design, we perform a trade walk to investigate and survey the project area.
We create a 3D rendering of your new design to review final floor plans, selections, and pricing. Once you sign off on project proposal documents, your designer now takes on a project management role to procure selected products and materials. If using our construction team, we create a working calendar utilizing a team of subcontractors managed by our construction manager.
Our designers act as project manager, and serve as your liaison between the subcontractors and vendors. Whether using our construction team or yours, we ensure timelines are executed and communicate with you from demo day to final walk through.
